“When I first got into wines it was because I work for my parents and the wine list was a huge part of work, I was hesitant at first as I thought of it as a old mans club. Even after having other teacher’s while I have been doing my diploma, I must say Rhys was one of my favorite. He is not intimidating for a man who knows so much, he was not the teacher to scold you when you said the wrong thing infact he encouraged participation. I don’t think I would have continued had I not had Rhys as my teacher in the beginning.” LUIGI COCCARO, WINE DIRECTOR AT LA BUSSOLA RESTAURANT (completed WSET Diploma)
