WSET Level 1 Award in Wines - Kelowna (Wednesdays - May 22 & Jun 5, 2024)

An entry level introduction to wine suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine.

For individuals new to wine study, this qualification provides a hands-on introduction to the world of wine. You’ll explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately, and make food and wine pairings. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

Location: ARC Liquor Store – 1973 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC. V1Y 6G5

Classes take place in a large private room in the back of ARC Liquor Store on Harvey Avenue in Kelowna. We call it the warehouse. Ample free parking in the front of the store.

Purchase of a Tasting Pack or providing your own set of 6 x ISO glasses is required.
